About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2021 No. 71

In pursuance of paragraph two of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2020 "About commissioning of the Belarusian nuclear power plant" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 447

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2021 No. 71 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2020 No. 447" the following changes:

1.1. in Item of 1 appendix to this resolution of the word "Specialized Inspection of Inspection Department and Supervision of Construction of the State Committee on Standardization" shall be replaced with words "Inspection department and supervision of construction of the State committee on standardization (or Specialized inspection of Inspection department and supervision of construction of the State committee on standardization)";

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for acceptance for operation of start-up complexes of blocks of the Belarusian nuclear power plant approved by this resolution:

in Item 19 part one to replace figure "7" with figures "30";

in Item 23:

in part one the word "Is allowed" be shall be replaced with words "If other is not established by this Provision, it is allowed";

third after the word "organization" to add part with the words "together with the prime contractor";

paragraphs the sixth or fourteenth - for office use;

to add appendix 3 to this Provision with Item 42 following of content:

"42. The general contract for construction of the Belarusian NPP of July 18, 2012 No. 77-598/1110700, signed between the operating organization and the prime contractor (with all changes and amendments).".

2. To Department of Energy together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
