2) Rules, conditions, terms of survey by the insurer of vehicles in case of the simplified procedure for settlement of insured event according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
3) Rules and terms of implementation by the insurer of insurance payment in case of the simplified procedure for settlement of insured event according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
2. To provide to department of the insurance market and actuarial calculations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
