About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1092

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1092 "Some questions of realization of provisions of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning provision of authorizations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 81, the Art. 4934) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 27, 2022 No. 1092

1. To state paragraph two of Item 13 of appendix to the application form on provision of authorization of the authorized economic operator in the following edition:

"In the graph data on numbers of the operating authorizations are specified application of simplifications, transit simplifications and application of the procedure of end use (in the presence). Numbers of the operating authorizations are specified through comma.".

2. In the application form about provision of the authorization on application of simplification approved by the specified resolution:

The word of "guarantees" to replace 1) in the name of column 1 of the Section VI with the word "guarantees";

And ІХ the words "authorization is provided" shall be replaced with words 2) in the name of column 2 of Sections VІIІ "the application is submitted";

3) in appendix to form:
