1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2014 No. 9 "About some questions of execution of the request for patent grant on plant grade":

state preamble in the following edition:
