In the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Procedure for the provision of the humanitarian assistance by Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2001 No. 161 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 8, the Art. 324) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 9, 2023 No. 464:
1) to add the subitem after words of "such grain" with words "and its transfer to funds, programs of the UN or its principal organs or to UN specialized agencies, other autonomous intergovernmental organizations of the UN system or their representatives";
