1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 6, 2015 No. 489 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of subjects of primary financial monitoring", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 2015 at No. 596/27041;

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 16, 2018 No. 367 "About approval of Changes in the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for subjects of primary financial monitoring", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 05, 2018 at No. 419/31871.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
