About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of subjects of primary financial monitoring

1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for subjects of primary financial monitoring which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

of April 04, 2011 No. 463 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of subjects of primary financial monitoring", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2011 on No. 489/19227;

of May 22, 2014 No. 616 "About approval of Changes in the Procedure for conducting checks by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for subjects of primary financial monitoring", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 5, 2014 at No. 598/25375.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Makeeva A. L.
