According to articles 8 and 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts on regulation of nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear installations I ORDER:

1. Lead to General requirements of safety to the device and operation of the equipment and pipelines of the nuclear power plants approved by the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of August 4, 2020 No. 319, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2020 at No. 955/35238, the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the Section I:

after paragraph two to add with the paragraph third the following content:

"the tank is reservoir which unites with the environment (atmosphere) through hydrolock, overflow or respiratory pipelines or openings".

With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the third-twenty second paragraphs fourth-twenty third respectively;

in the paragraph the sixteenth shall be replaced with words the word "reservoir" "hermetically the closed reservoir";

In paragraph one of Item 14 of the Section II of the word of "the reservoirs (tanks) working under atmospheric pressure" to replace 2) with the word of "tanks".
