1. Approve the List of products which compliance can be confirmed with the declaration of conformity which is applied.

2. Bring in the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, approved by Gospotrebstandart's order of 01.02.2005 of N 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.05.2005 for N466/10746 (with changes), changes which are applied.

3. Determine that assessment of conformity of products included in the List of products which compliance can be confirmed with the declaration of conformity at the request of the producer (supplier) can be performed by its certification.

4. Provide to certification bodies maintaining the Register of declarations of conformity and informing on their registration of Reestr UKRSEPRO, and also to provide promulgation of declarations of conformity on the websites. Addresses of websites to present Gospotrebstandart in a month.
