For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of confirmation of conformity of products in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of December 01, 2005 No. 342 "About approval of the Temporary procedure for declaring of compliance of products with low risk degree for life and health of consumers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 22, 2005 for No. 1549/11829;

the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of January 29, 2007 No. 6 "About approval of the List of products which compliance can be confirmed with the declaration of conformity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 13, 2007 for No. 122/13389.

2. Department of technical regulation (Egorov V. S.) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the state company "Ukrainian Research and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and Quality" after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine its publication in the following number of the monthly information index "Standards".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A.
