About approval of Changes in Regulations on additional requirements to agreements of non-bank financial institutions on provision of means in loan (consumer, financial loan)
According to Articles 7, 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 6, 20, 21, 27, 28 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", for the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights and consumer interests of financial services in case of the conclusion them agreements on provision of means in loan (consumer, financial loan), and also control of transparency and openness of the markets of the financial services Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the Change in Regulations on additional requirements to agreements of non-bank financial institutions on provision of means as a loan (consumer, financial loan) approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 3, 2021 No. 113 (further - the enclosed Changes in the Provision).
2. To non-bank financial institutions which according to the laws of Ukraine have the right to provide means in loan (consumer, financial loan), within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the agreements into accord with Changes in the Provision.
