About approval of the Regulations on procedure of hydrometeorological activities, forming and maintaining the State register of producers of hydrometeorological information
For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the decisions accepted within the Eurasian Economic Union concerning execution of the plan of liberalization of service sector for weather forecast and meteorology, according to articles 5-1, 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About hydrometeorological activities in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure of hydrometeorological activities, forming and maintaining the State register of producers of hydrometeorological information according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of hydrometeorological activities of authorized body in the field of hydrometeorology" of February 20, 2018 No. 103.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
