1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 No. 541 the following change:

- to state the paragraph of the sixth of the subitem 1 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"-introduction since March 1, 2022 of prohibition on acquisition by the ministries, administrative departments, local public administrations, other executive bodies and local government bodies of office motor transport, capital repairs of office buildings, service premises at the expense of budgetary funds, except for acquisitions and the capital repairs initiated by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. This prohibition does not extend to means of special accounts of budgetary institutions;".

2. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
