About modification of some Orders of the Government (provision of compensations for energy for the cold period of year)

Based on Item e) parts (2) article 2 of the Law No. 241/2022 on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) Items 11 and 13 of the resolution to recognize invalid;

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 1 to exclude the concept "benefit for the cold period of year";

b) in Items 2 and 3 of the word "and benefit for the cold period of year" in any case to exclude;

c) in Items 5, 7-2, 21, of 25, 38-4, 39-7, 39-11, 46-1, "and/or benefit for the cold period of year" in any case to exclude the 46-2 and 47 text;

d) in Items 7, 7-1, 10, 17-1, 17-2, "and/or benefit for the cold period of year" in any case to exclude the 29 and 49 text;

e) state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. In case of provision of the right to social benefit the decision shall contain the term for which the social benefit, the size of social benefit, payment procedure and terms of review of the right to social benefit, work number of hours for the benefit of society, and also obligations of the beneficiary is established.";

f) in Item 17-3 "or, as necessary, benefits for the cold period of year" to exclude the text;

g) in the subitem c) Item 21" (62 years for determination of entitlement to benefit for the cold period of year)" to exclude the text;
