For the purpose of implementation of information systems of automatic calculation of the possible range of customs value in processes of customs control in case of customs clearance of imported goods and simplifications by establishment by customs authorities of indication prices of separate types of goods in management information system risks, elimination of bureaucracy, red tape and other administrative barriers in this area, reducings the procedures which were outdate and not conforming to modern requirements, and also according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 27, 2022 the No. UP-122 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of Customs Administration" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
complete cancellation of forming of the bulletin of price information by implementation of information system of automatic calculation of the possible range of customs value;
implementation of the mechanism of control by establishment of indication prices of separate types of goods in management information system risks in processes of determination of customs value.
