About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on National police

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2971; 2020, No. 89, Art. 2871; 2021, No. 74, the Art. 4646), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on National police

1. add Item with subitem 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) by the written request in the procedure established by the law gratuitously receives from state bodies, local government bodies, legal entities of the state pattern of ownership information necessary for accomplishment of the tasks determined by the law and powers of police, in particular concerning prisoners of war, in type and in shape, specified in such request;".

2. In subitem 7-1 of the word "operational mine clearing, in particular" shall be replaced with words "the mine clearing having operational nature in part".

3. Add Item with subitems 7-2, 11-1, 11-2, 13-1 and 13-2 of the following content:
