For the purpose of ensuring execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2020 No. PP-4742 "About measures for simplification of state regulation of business activity and self-employment" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve Regulations on activities procedure as self-employed person according to appendix No. 1, providing:

order of registration of self-employed persons in bodies of the State Tax Service;

features of implementation of labor activity by self-employed persons;

regulation of the civil relations between self-employed persons and users of their services (works).

2. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2020 No. PP-4742 "About measures for simplification of state regulation of business activity and self-employment" to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan is granted the right to make changes and additions to the list of types of activity (works, services) in which self-employed persons can be engaged.
