About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2011 No. 575 "About approval of Rules basic and program target financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, grant financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities and commercialization of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, financing of the scientific organizations performing basic scientific research".

2. Item of 5 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 7, 2016 No. 675 "About some questions of republican property".

3. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2017 No. 264 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2011 No. 575 "About approval of Rules basic, grant, program target financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities".
