According to Articles 16, 19 Laws of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG)", article 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", for the purpose of settlement of the procedure of provision of administrative services in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for issue and the execution of certificates on assumption of vehicles to transportation of certain dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 4, 2018 No. 656, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2018 at No. 1042/32494, which are applied.
2. (Rudik M.) to provide to the main service center Ministry of Internal Affairs submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine B. Drapyaty.
