1. Reorganize the public organization "Institute of Crop Production "Porumben"" (accepting the legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "Research Institution of Field Cultures "Selection"" (the attached legal entity).

2. Change the name of public organization "Institute of Crop Production "Porumben"" to "Public organization "National Center of Research and Production of Seeds"".

3. Approve:

1) the Charter of public organization "National Center of Research and Production of Seeds" according to appendix No. 1;

2) Structure of public organization "National Center of Research and Production of Seeds" according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm of public organization "National Center of Research and Production of Seeds" according to appendix No. 3.
