About modification of the Order of the Government No. 987/2020 about approval of the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025 and the minimum values of cost of reference frequency blocks in case of exposure to the procedure of competitive selection

Based on Item e) parts (27), parts (31) Article 26 and part (2) article 29 of the Law No. 241/2007 on electronic communications (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 399-410, 679), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 987/2020 about approval of the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025 and the minimum values of cost of reference frequency blocks in case of exposure to the procedure of competitive selection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 22-32, 34), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

Item 1 of the resolution to add 2) with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) the Method of distribution of the redistributed blocks of frequencies in the reference range 2100 MHz and the size of the license fees in case of issue by direct provision to the existing holders of licenses provided by the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025 according to appendix No. 3.";
