About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on beekeeping No. 70/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 754), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 2 the word "beekeepings". shall be replaced with words "beekeepings, and also for pollination of entomophillous plants.".
2. In Article 3:
state the concept "breeding apiary" of the following edition:
"breeding apiary - apiary with breeding bee families which breeding value is confirmed by zootechnical documentation, recognized by breeding livestock farm according to part (3) article 16 of the Law on livestock production No. 213/2022;";
in the concept "passport of apiary" of the word of "sanitary veterinary supervision" shall be replaced with words "veterinary sanitary inspection";
exclude the concept "certificate of breeding livestock farm (apiary)";
in the concept "information system" of the word "and agricultural producers" shall be replaced with words "and consumers of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil".
3. In Article 6:
in Item and) to replace the word "cultivation" with the word "content";
in Item g) shall be replaced with words the words "and Law on public associations No. 837/1996." "and the Law on non-profit organizations No. 86/2020.".
4. In Article 7:
in Item c) words "foodstuff;" shall be replaced with words "foodstuff or automatically generated by information system;";
in Item h) the words "with sanitary and veterinary and ecological requirements" shall be replaced with words "with veterinary and sanitary and ecological requirements,";
in Item j) shall be replaced with words the words "in the presence of the certificate of breeding livestock farm (apiary);" "on breeding livestock farms;";
add Article with Item o) the following content:
