About modification of the Procedure for accounting of normative losses and production and technological expenses of oil, natural gas and gas condensate during their production, preparation for transportation and transportation

According to the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507, for the purpose of simplification of business processes of subjects of managing I ORDER:

1. Make changes to Section 3 of the Procedure for accounting of normative losses and production and technological expenses of oil, the natural gas and gas condensate during their production, preparation for transportation and transportation approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of May 18, 2005 No. 224, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 08, 2005 at No. 636/10916, having added Item 3.4 with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"Magazines of primary accounting are kept in paper and/or electronic form.

In case of maintaining magazines of primary accounting electronically, putting down of signatures in Magazines of primary accounting by imposing of the qualified digital signature is provided".

2. To management of oil and gas complex and market development of oil, natural gas and oil products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of KOLESNIKA Nikolay.
