About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather electronic identification and electronic confidential services

1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather electronic identification and electronic confidential services.
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 31, 2023.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545):
In paragraph three of item 4 of the deciding part of the resolution of the word "certified by the digital signature" shall be replaced with words 1) "on which the digital signature is imposed";
2) in the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the specified resolution:
in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "in the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" shall be replaced with words "in the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services";
the second offer of the paragraph of the seventh Item 31-1 to state in the following edition: "In that case on the documents specified in paragraph six of this Item the digital signature of the official or electronic seal of customs authority which are based on the qualified certificate of open key is imposed.";
