About modification of Traffic regulations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2011, No. 78, the Art. 2881), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication, except Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1. In the first offer of Item 24.8 of the word "Educational Vehicle" shall be replaced with words "The educational vehicle".

2. In the subitem "k" of Item 30.3 of the word "Educational Vehicle" shall be replaced with words "The educational vehicle", and words "letter "U" of black color" - words "letter "H" of black color".

3. In the paragraph the second Item 3.1 of Chapter 3 of the Section 33 of figure "5.33" to replace with figures "5.36".

4. In appendix 4 to Traffic regulations "The educational vehicle" to replace identification mark with the following sign:
