In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About trademarks, service marks and names of places of goods origin" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on well-known trademarks in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Bring in Regulations on duties on patenting of inventions, useful models, industrial designs, registration of trademarks, service marks, names of places of goods origin, the right to use provision by names of places of goods origin approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 12, 1998 No. 346 "About approval of the Regulations on duties on patenting of inventions, useful models, industrial designs, registration of trademarks, service marks, names of places of goods origin, right to use provision by names of places of goods origin", the following amendment:

Add the Section III with Item 22 following of content:

"22. For giving in Appeal council of the statement for recognition of the trademark well-known or about loss the well-known trademark of the status well-known collects duties in the amount of, stipulated in Item the 7th the Section III of this provision for giving of objection against registration of the trademark.

The document confirming payment of duty is provided together with the statement.

In case of failure to provide together with the statement of the document confirming payment of duty in the established size, the objection is considered not given".
