1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. To the ministry of social policy in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and approve methodical recommendations about reorganization of organizations and organizations of system of social protection of the population from budget (utility) institutions (organizations) in utility non-commercial enterprises and conditions of their functioning.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of provision of social services to persons with disability and to the elderly people suffering from mental disturbances, No. 576 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2019 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 55, Art. 1912; 2021, No. 86, Art. 5484; 2022, No. 25, Art. 1362, No. 41, Art. 2215):

1) in Item 8:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;

the fourteenth and fifteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"the declaration on the income and property condition of person (except persons to whom social services are provided irrespective of the income) in the form approved by Minsotspolitiki who is filled based on certificates of the income of each family member;

the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person received according to Procedure for registration and issue of the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 509 "About accounting of internally displaced persons" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2296; 2015, No. 70, Art. 2312).";
