About modification of appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1399) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that the declarations on implementation of types of economic activity provided by subjects of managing on implementation of transactions on processing of waste about day of entry into force of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution are valid within five months from the date of entry into force of such changes. During the specified term subjects of managing for further implementation of the activities shall receive the relevant allowing documents according to the procedure, terms and on the conditions provided by the Law of Ukraine "About waste management".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 9, 2024.
