- Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning persons holding special state positions which election and release is performed by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- The office of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning persons holding political state positions which purpose and release is performed by Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chief of staff of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- committees of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) concerning deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
