About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2019 No. 576 and of June 1, 2020 No. 587

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of social services to persons with disability and to the elderly people suffering from mental disturbances, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 26, 2019 No. 576 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 55, Art. 1912; 2021, No. 86, the Art. 5484), and in the Procedure for the organization of the provision of social services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2020 No. 587 "About the organization of provision of social services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 57, Art. 1781; 2021, No. 86, Art. 5484; 2022, No. 2, the Art. 51), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since February 24, 2022.

Changes which are made to the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2019 No. 576 and of June 1, 2020 No. 587

1. According to the procedure of provision of social services to persons with disability and to the elderly people suffering from mental disturbances, No. 576 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2019:

1) in paragraph one of Item 9 of the word "internally displaced persons," to exclude persons which were injured owing to armed conflict, temporary occupation, emergency situation of technogenic or natural nature, accidents;

2) to add the Procedure with Item 12-1 of the following content:
