1. According to the procedure of provision of social services to persons with disability and to the elderly people suffering from mental disturbances, No. 576 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2019 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 55, Art. 1912; 2021, No. 86, Art. 5484; 2022, No. 25, Art. 1362):
In paragraph one of Item 5 of the word" (for the incapacitated persons which do not have the legal representative)" shall be replaced with words 1) "(for incapacitated persons, the guardian whom it is not appointed or which lost touch with it during action of emergency or warlike situation in Ukraine or its certain areas)";
2) to add the Procedure with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Social services can be provided urgently (krizisno):
in case of existence of threat of life or to health of person;
during action of emergency or warlike situation in Ukraine or its certain areas.
Provision of social services is urgently (krizisno) performed without provisions of Items 8-11 of this Procedure.
