Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Question of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1253, No. 58, Art. 3463; 2023, No. 79, Art. 4481) such changes:
in Item 1-1:
in paragraph eight of the word "extra fee" shall be replaced with words "remuneration for features of service during warlike situation (the special period)";
in paragraph nine of the word "extra fee" shall be replaced with words "remuneration for features of service (training) during warlike situation (the special period)";
in paragraph three of Item 2-1 of the word and figures "features of payment of extra fee to persons specified in Items 1-1 and 1-2 of this resolution" shall be replaced with words also in figures "features of payment of extra fee and remuneration for features of service (training) during warlike situation (the special period) in persons specified in Item 1-1 of this resolution, and extra fee to persons specified in Item 1-2 of this resolution".
