Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning access to free legal aid the enclosed changes.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1362 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of carrying out tender on selection of the lawyers involved to provision of free secondary legal assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 101, Art. 3718; 2012, No. 77, Art. 3105; 2015, No. 22, Art. 608; 2017, No. 67, Art. 1992; 2018, No. 88, Art. 2918; 2021, No. 40, Art. 2377, No. 66, Art. 4171):
1) in the resolution:
in the name and the deciding part of the resolution of the word of "legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "legal aid";
in introductory part of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On free legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On free legal aid";
2) according to the procedure and conditions of carrying out tender on selection of the lawyers involved to provision of free secondary legal assistance, approved by the specified resolution:
in the name and the text of the Procedure and conditions of the word "legal assistance" in all cases shall be replaced with words "legal assistance" in the corresponding case;
