For the purpose of realization of tasks on ensuring carrying out centralized purchases, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following change:

- add with appendix 6-1 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023 and planning period of 2024-2025" to provide financial resources on implementation of measures, following from this resolution.

3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since August 1, 2023.
