About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 2

For the purpose of implementation of article 14 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019, according to Item 154 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 21, 2022 No. 2 "About realization of pilot project on implementation of the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "December 31, 2023." shall be replaced with words "on June 30, 2024";

b) in Item 3:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "August 31, 2023." "on December 31, 2023";

in paragraph three of the word "from September 1 to December 31, 2023." shall be replaced with words "from January 1 to June 30, 2024".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
