2. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraph the fourth subitem 2. 2, subitems 2.9-2. 11, paragraphs the tenth or thirteenth subitem 2. 15, subitem 2. 17, paragraphs of the fourth or eighth of subitem 2. 27, subitems 2.28 and 2.29 of Item 2 appendices - since January 1, 2027;
other provisions of this Decree - since January 1, 2024.
