About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2006 No. 1765 and of December 9, 2015 No. 1029
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2006 No. 1765 "About procedure for establishment and application of the rule of ad valorem share and accomplishment of production and technological operations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 51, Art. 3416; 2012, No. 40, Art. 1521; 2019, No. 21, the Art. 719) and of December 9, 2015 No. 1029 "About approval of the Procedure for verification (verification of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 100, Art. 3448; 2021, No. 25, the Art. 1174) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in 45 days from the date of its publication.

To replace 1) in introductory part of the resolution of figure "47" with figures "45";
The Procedure for verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine approved by the specified resolution to state 2) in the following edition:
