1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of the state monitoring of condition of subsoil and monitoring of condition of subsoil on the subsoil plot provided in use.

2. The conclusion of agreements on information exchange, the stipulated in Item 11 Rules approved by this resolution is performed no later than December 1, 2024.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

The rules approved by this resolution are effective till September 1, 2030.

Rules of implementation of the state monitoring of condition of subsoil and monitoring of condition of subsoil on the subsoil plot provided in use

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure of the state monitoring of condition of subsoil (further - the state monitoring) and monitoring of condition of subsoil on the subsoil plot provided in use (further - local monitoring).

2. The state monitoring represents system of regular observations of condition of subsoil and the processes happening in them, assessment and the forecast of changes of condition of subsoil under the influence of natural and (or) anthropogenous factors.

3. The state monitoring is part of the state environmental monitoring (the state monitoring of the environment).
