According to part three of article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for recognition of foreign certificates of open keys, digital signatures, and also uses of information and communication system of the central certifying body for ensuring recognition in Ukraine of electronic confidential services, foreign certificates of the open keys used by provision of legally significant electronic services in the course of interaction between subjects of the different states it is applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.10.2024 No. 1131

3. Determine that administrator of information and communication system of the central certifying body is the state company "DEYSTVIYE" belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of digital transformation.
