According to part six of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance", item 4 of the Procedure for carrying out expenses on burial in case of the death of the victim from labor accident or the occupational disease approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2022 No. 1468, of Items 9, 10 Regulations on the pension fund of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 280, of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Establish the sizes of expenses on burial and connected with it funeral services in case of the death of the victim of labor accident or occupational disease according to appendix.

2. Expenses on burial and connected with it funeral services are carried out based on documents (references, accounts, etc.) confirming the corresponding expenses, but it is not higher than the sizes, established by this resolution.

3. If actual expenses on burial and connected with it funeral services it is lower than the sizes, established by this resolution, payment is made on actual expenses. At the same time the means which remained unused on specific type of funeral service cannot be used on other funeral service.
