According to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, of Item 16 of the Regulations on unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2018 No. 1024, for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of entering of information into functional subsystem "The unified register of weapon" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs I ORDER:

1. Bring in Regulations on functional subsystem "The unified register of weapon" of unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of January 10, 2022 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2022 at No. 90/37426, the following changes:

in paragraph seven of Item 2 of the Section and word" which are researched by Ministry of Internal Affairs conformity assessment bodies or Expert service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on compliance to the requirements established by the legislation" to exclude;
