About modification of storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 6 of Chapter 3:

state subitem 3 in the following edition:

"3) to contain the bases provided by the Law on banks and references to its relevant standards for receipt of this information.";

exclude subitem 4;

2) in Chapter 5:

in paragraph three of Item 5.1 of the word "both when conducting inspection checks, and on the written request when implementing permanent supervision " shall be replaced with words" when conducting inspection checks by National Bank and when implementing of permanent supervision by it";

state Item 5.2 in the following edition:

"5.2. The request of National Bank about provision of information containing bank secrecy of explanations of the operations which are rather performed by bank and on single questions of activities of bank is signed by the chairman or the vice-chairman of National Bank, either the director of the department of National Bank, or the head of department of National Bank, or persons which are carrying out their obligations.";

to add Chapter after Item 5.2 with new Item 5.3 of the following content:
