About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Self-propelled Machines and Other Types of the Equipment"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 2, 2021 No. 297-FZ "About self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5125) the following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) add part 1 with words "by introduction or the direction of data on self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment in FGIS USMT";

b) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. State registration of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment is performed according to the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation and provides:

1) entering of registration data of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment into FGIS USMT;

2) execution of the certificate on state registration of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment, electronic passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment, and also issue of the state registration sign of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment;

3) modification of registration data of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment: change of the record containing registration data of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment in FGIS USMT and (or) entering of corresponding changes into the certificate on state registration of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment (the electronic passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment).";

2) Article 7 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The state accounting of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment is performed in FGIS USMT and provides:
