About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 754

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 754 "Some questions of social protection of veterans of war and the victims of Nazi prosecutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 72, the Art. 4131) the following changes:
to add Item 3 of the resolution with the paragraph of the following content:
"In 2023 in case of non-presentation to the Pension fund of Ukraine certain in paragraph one of this Item of information in the terms established by paragraphs the first and second this Item, such information can be submitted till December 10, 2023.";
in paragraph nine of the subitem 4 of Item 5 of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for the ensuring social protection of veterans of war and the victims of Nazi prosecutions approved by the specified resolution to replace figure "1" with figures "15".
