About approval of some Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in the field of social protection of the population
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 31, 2020 No. UP-5930 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of National System of Rendering the State Services" and for the purpose of further enhancement of system of rendering the state services in the field of social protection of the population the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Approve:
Administrative regulations of rendering the state services to destination lump-sum allowance in case of the child's birth according to appendix No. 1;
2. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan development and approval of standard forms, forms of the documents and other acts necessary for rendering the state services, the organization and holding educational seminars with participation of staff of the Centers of the state services directed to increase in level of efficiency and effectiveness of practical application of the administrative regulations approved by this resolution.
3. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance and the Agency of the state services under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan till June 1, 2020:
provide implementation of the state services in the administrative regulations approved by this resolution through the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - EPIGU);
implement on EPIGU the procedure of tracking of the course of consideration of addresses at each stage of rendering the state services;
