The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity of banks of umbilical blood, other fabrics and cells of the person according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 286 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1185), the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that licensees file to body of licensing the document specified in the paragraph the second item 4 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity of banks of umbilical blood, other fabrics and cells of the person according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health, No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 286, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution not later than within six months from the date of publication of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.
