1. In the Technical concept of the Automated information system "State Register of Animals" approved by the Order of the Government No. 70/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 59 - 66, Art. 92), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The subitem 3) of Item 16 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) the subregistrar - the object manager or other person designated by him who based on the consent of the owner of AIS GRZh and the agreement signed with the registrar of AIS GRZh performs the functions of the registrar connected with registration of animals, their movement and issue of the form of movement.";
