About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of pharmaceutical activities

In our country consecutive work on providing the population with high-quality, effective and safe pharmaceutical products, implementation in pharmaceutical industry of the advanced scientific and technical achievements and innovations, to increase in production volume in industry is carried out.
At the same time there is need of further increase in investment appeal of industry, cancellation of some restrictions for industry for the purpose of adjustment in our country of origin of medicines from donor blood, enhancement of procedure for performing clinical trials pharmacological and medicines, and also review of conditions of registration of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
This Law makes additions and changes to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About medicines and pharmaceutical activities", providing opportunity for voluntary participation in clinical trials pharmacological or medicines of healthy faces, the changes of effective periods of registration certificates of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment for domestic manufacturers and also creating conditions for registration of medicines of one producer having identical composition of medicinal substances under different trade names.
Also changes which permit the pharmaceutical organizations specializing in production of pharmaceutical products from donor blood and its components to perform collection, preparation, conversion and storage of donor blood and its components in private procedure are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About donorship of blood and its components".
This Law will serve covering of need for blood medicines due to local production, to production of new types of medicines.
