About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes and addition to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "About approval of the Provision and structure of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

concerning the automation of control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations performed by authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations by means of creation, including by budget funds (expense budget) of National Bank of Kazakhstan, information systems on information and communication infrastructure of National Bank Kazakhstan and (or) its affiliated organization, their development and maintenance;

by means of exchange of information within the powers of National Bank of Kazakhstan and authorized body established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, including by mutual access to information systems;";

2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2019 No. 203 "About further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market approved by the above-named Decree:
