ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

About recognition No. 363 which voided the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 25, 2012

According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 25, 2012 No. 363 "About approval of the Procedure for consideration of the applications of foreigners and stateless persons about prolongation of term of stay in the territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2012 at No. 778/21091 (with changes).

2. To management of interaction with the Public migratory service of Ukraine the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Yurkov A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
